3. Task Submission

• Definition of a Task: A task is a distinct, actionable item with a single objective within our IT support, development, or design services.
• Submission Process: Tasks must be submitted through our designated system or communication channels. Each task should clearly outline its objective and any relevant details.
• Multiple Objectives: Tasks involving multiple objectives will be divided into separate tasks, each requiring individual attention.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: The cost for individual tasks starts at a minimum of $89. Subscription plans and pricing details are available on our pricing page at workwithmarque.com/pricing.
• Billing: Payments for one-off tasks are due upon receipt of the invoice. Subscription payments are billed monthly in advance.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once a task has been commenced. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

5. Subscription Plans

• Monthly Subscriptions: Subscription plans allow for unlimited task submissions with a specified number of active tasks. Details of these plans are available on our pricing page at workwithmarque.com/pricing.
• Upgrade: Clients may upgrade their subscription plan to access additional features or increase the number of active tasks.

6. Task Completion

• Timeline: We strive to complete tasks in a timely manner. The estimated completion time is provided upon task submission.
• Revisions: Revisions are subject to the terms outlined in your task request and may incur additional fees.

7. Responsibilities

• Client Responsibilities: Clients must clearly describe and articulate their tasks. If assistance is required for task listing, a consultation fee of $99 per phone call applies.
• Our Responsibilities: We will perform tasks as specified and provide updates on progress as necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the tasks performed remain with Work with Marque until full payment is received, at which point rights are transferred to the client.
• Use of Deliverables: Clients may use deliverables as specified in the task request. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

• General Limitation: Work with Marque is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Service Disruption: We are not responsible for interruptions or disruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our control.

11. Termination

• Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their subscription at any time, with no refunds for unused services.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website at workwithmarque.com, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law
